How do I determine my correct size in Meermin shoes?
Our shoes are primarily made in UK sizing. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide on each product page, which includes comparisons to US and EU standards, as well as specific last measurements.
What is the difference between Goodyear Welted and Handwelted construction?
Goodyear Welted is a machine-based method that provides excellent durability and water resistance. Handwelted construction is a more labor-intensive process where the welt is stitched by hand to the insole rib, offering superior flexibility and longevity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected courier service.
What is your return policy for footwear?
Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition and in their original packaging. Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To extend the life of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality cream or wax polish regularly, and allowing at least 24 hours between wears to let the leather breathe.
Are your shoes available for immediate dispatch?
We offer both Ready-to-Wear items, which ship within 2-3 business days, and Made-to-Order (MTO) groups, which have specific production timelines clearly stated on the product page.
