Returns & Exchanges

At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in their original dust bags and shoebox. Please ensure the box is protected by a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
